Soap for poison ivy, poison oak, sumac or helps with insect bites. Made at the request of one of our wholesale shops in Missouri. We have been buying jewelweed infusion oil from a farm in Maryland and ordered seeds to grow our own. Imagine my surprise when I realized this is a plant I have been pulling from our garden and flower beds for years - after all it is a weed. It contains the compound lawsone which counteracts the irritants in the poison plants. Also, we add Kaolin clay to help dry rashes. kudzu

We first made this soap years ago when invited to a kudzu festival. Researching kudzu, we found the leaves do actually have some therapeutic value and has been used for centuries in other countries. There is certainly no shortage of kudzu leaves in our area and we dry these and produce infusion oil. However, this remains mostly novelty soap and goes good in our crate of southern soaps. Milk & Mud is made with natural Dead Sea Mud and Dead Sea Clay which contains a unique combination of mineral from the Dead Sea. This mud soap is excellent at removing dirt from skin and pores and deep cleaning skin while infusing skin with minerals. I use this soap nightly to cleanse my skin and occasionally leave the soap on to dry before removing with warm water and a wash cloth. This gives the feel of a mud mask and leaves the skin soft and deep cleaned. Your skin will look and feel healthier and firmer. The mud tightens your pores and increases circulation. The exfoliation removes the dead skin cells from the surface revealing new, healthier skin cells. Buck Naked Unscented shampoo and bath soap A customer ask us to make an unscented soap for women to use to shampoo their hair. We researched this and found basassa oil from Brazil was especially good for hair and unscented. We added this with the other good ingredients and thus came up with Buck Naked. The customer also markets this soap under her private label. Unscented great for hunters. Ingredients: Saponfied olive, coconut, palm, basassa, soybean and avocado oils, goat’s milk, water, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil sea buckthorn seed oil, vitamin E, white oak bark powder and black walnut hull powder. As with many of our soaps, this one came about at the request of a customer who wanted something about the river for their shop. Research showed a beautiful lily associated with the Flint River thus River Lily soap Was developed by blending a number of essential and fragrance oils. The stripe in the soap is from black walnut hull powder which is believed to have medical properties. The soap has become a favorite. Ingredients: Saponified olive, coconut, palm and soybean oils, goat’s milk, water, blend of essential and fragrance oils, black walnut hull powder, jojoba, sweet almond oils, grapeseed oil and natural vitamin E. Step back in time with this handmade Goat's Milk Soap. Nostalgia was made when a wholesale customer asked us to make a soap with the scent of wild flowers. After some experimenting we made this soap by blending several essential and fragrance oils. It has a nostalgic scent of wild flowers. We market this to the wholesale customer with their private label.
